Orders

We do respect the customer's own taste so we do not constrain to buy prepared weight packages with unified content but we offer to customer the possibility to choose the sweets fully in accordance with his preferences.

You have two options. If you want to taste all kinds then you choose the MIX and you specify the total weight. (In the package then will be all kinds with the same weight proportions).
The second option is to pick up particular kinds and weight for each of them. For example those wants who likes creamy kinds can order only those (e.g. 1kg nuts, 0.5kg muds and 0.5kg tubules) or for example people who must take care about contained nuts can choose kinds which do not contain them (e.g. 1kg banana, 1kg cocoa and 2kg shortbreads).

• What all to be mentioned in the order:
• Your full name
• Your address
• Date for sweets pick up or delivery date (for 2015 dates are from 16th to 19th December)
• Your email (in case order sent via email we will copy it out)
• Your phone (for cases of any inconsistence or for contacting before delivery)
• tell if you prefere personal pick up or you want to deliver sweets to given address

Payments

Once we receive your orded we will prepare its calculation. After that we ask you for advance payment of 50 % of total amount (is done via bank transfer). We will confirm to you the payment reception by email message. The rest of the amount will be paid in time of delivery. In case of Czech Post Commercial Package the rest of the payment will be realized by Cash On Delivery (or there is a possibility to pay the whole amount via bank transfer at the first time).
